Request for Reconnection
Any registered consumers of Kabankalan City Water District with active water service connection.
Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m.- 4:30 p.m.
No noon break
Installation Charges
Below One month (with or without accounts) - P50.00
One month up and below one year (with accounts) - P200.00
One year up with accounts - P2,200.00
One month up (without accounts) - P200.00
Procedure:
1. Go to Commercial Division-Customer Service Counter. Verify status of connection and inquire on requirements

If water meter was already pulled-out or service disconnected for 2 mos. & over, site inspection shall be conducted
3.Comply and submit requirements.
4.Go to cashier and pay your account balance and reconnection fees.
